Refund Policy

At Perseiva, we keep things straightforward. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original condition. Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds.

To request a refund, email us at perseivaunisex@gmail.com with your order details. Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Order and return records are retained for up to 24 months for support and compliance.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
